HTA’s Houston portfolio includes over 1.5 million square feet of healthcare real estate. It is highlighted by 430,000 square feet of medical office space adjacent to The Texas Medical Center. The Texas Medical Center is one of the largest medical complex in the world home to the world’s largest children’s hospital and the world’s largest cancer hospital with over 10 million patient visits every year. In 2017 HTA expanded its portfolio by acquiring approximately 530,000 square feet across seven medical office buildings generating significant synergies throughout the portfolio.
