Tenant Services Coordinator

We’re hiring an experienced Customer Service Representative for our Tenant Connect Team.  When Tenants call us, our Customer Service Representatives answer the phone, make connections, answer questions, solve problems, and get people happily on their way.  This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Tenant Services Coordinator or for anyone who is passionate about helping people and making a difference.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Work in our Home Office in Scottsdale and answer tenant and internal phone calls and emails.
  • Help Tenants with various questions. People call us because they have billing questions, maintenance requests, or need help with the maintenance software. We’re here to help them.
  • Listen, understand, and take quick action. Like all of us, customers just want someone to listen and help get their problems solved. You’ll do both.
  • Assist Property Managers and Engineers with the maintenance work order process.
  • When not answering phones, you will work with the other Tenant Connect Team members to achieve department goals including weekly metric reporting, tenant Certificate of Insurance compliance, and other special projects.


  • Strong desire and passion to help people.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with tenants and coworkers.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.


  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED, HSED) required. Post high school education is preferred.
  • Previous work experience in customer service.
  • Ability to quickly learn different types of software, work on a PC, and navigate a Windows environment.
  • Beginner to Intermediate knowledge and use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Experience in a Real Estate or Property Management environment is a plus.
  • Experience with MRI and Angus software a plus.
