Primary Responsibilities:

  • Must have excellent communication skills and maintain a professional image at all times
  • Must be outgoing, friendly, energetic, dependable, self-motivated, organized and detail oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Assist HR and IT with all new hire equipment and set ups
  • Greet visitors with a friendly demeanor and timely fashion
  • Answer multi-line phone system
  • Work with office vendors and staff to keep everything maintained
  • Work with the Property Management and Engineering Teams on office repairs and cleaning
  • Perform administrative office duties as required
  • Maintain monthly newspaper/periodical subscriptions for the office
  • Responsible for office set up each morning… come in 7:45 and set up break rooms, start coffee, etc.
  • Check paper in multiple copy rooms and refill as necessary
  • Order copier toner supplies
  • Order office supplies through Staples/Costco
  • Pick up and distribute mail daily/prepare Fed Ex deliveries and schedule pick-ups as needed
  • Prepare certified and return request mail and take to post office when requested
  • Update and maintain phone lists as needed
  • Keep kitchens clean throughout the day/restock forks, spoons, napkins, paper towels, bowls, plates, sodas, and waters at the end of the day
  • Stock water in front desk fridge for guests
  • Clean conference rooms after all meetings
  • Help staff with projects upon request

Minimum Training and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years experience

 Hours: Monday thru Friday 7:45 am – 5:00 pm (Must be willing and able to come early and stay late when needed)
