Marketing and Events Coordinator

  • Responsible for planning/execution and implementation of national & regional corporate and tenants events, broker open houses and other industry conferences
  • Identify and attend nationwide industry specific events
  • Track attendance and follow-up with thank you gifts/cards
  • Maintain events calendar and tracking sheets
  • Procure catering contracts for events
  • Work with on-site 3rd party vendors prior to and day of events
  • Coordinate all facets of events with regional HTA employees to attend maximum attendance
  • Maintain corporate promotional items/order new promotional items
  • Perform administrative office duties as required
  • Organize and maintain company pop up/table booths and materials
  • Responsible for corporate collateral at events/maintain stock at events
  • Maintain monthly newspaper/periodical subscriptions for the office
  • Interact with tenants and brokers at events


  • Position will be based HTA’s Scottsdale, AZ office
  • Events are done during the week but are off site and travel is required – approximately 50%
  • Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must have excellent communication skills and maintain a professional image at all times.
  • Must be outgoing, friendly, energetic, dependable, self-motivated, organized and detail oriented.
  • Must be willing to come in early and stay late when needed
  • Able to work in fast paced environment with multiple departments
