Lease Administrator

Position Overview

The Lease Administrator will be a member of the Billing team and will be responsible for a portfolio of properties providing both billing and lease administration support to the Property Management and Leasing teams.  The ideal candidate for this position is highly motivated with a strong desire to learn and able to work as part of a dynamic team in an evolving environment.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Abstract and maintain all current and new lease documentation for assigned properties
  • Setting up building stacking plans, rent rolls and document logs
  • Updates billing grids as needed for CPI, Sales Tax and CAM estimate changes as well as perform additional billings as required
  • Assists with budgets for speculative leasing
  • Provides support to Property Management, Leasing and Accounting by answering questions relating to MRI and lease abstracting and billing
  • Audits and analyzes lease documents, addressing any discrepancies, issues and questions, make recommendations and implement solutions
  • Generates specialized reports to monitor specialized fields and pursue discrepancies and expirations
  • Assists in completing other tasks within the department when additional resources are needed
