Influencer Relationship Specialist (Social Media)

Healthcare Trust of America, Inc. is seeking a full-time, communications-savvy, energetic and self-motivated social media relationship specialist to help us grow our brand awareness, social media and corporate social responsibility platforms.

This individual will join our marketing and events team, and will be responsible for supporting all communications efforts involving our social media. This position will also be responsible for the planning of influencer campaigns appearances at events, employee profiles and tenant videos.

The role will also be tasked with building an effective micro and macro influencer program and will be required to proactively engage and locate influencers of all levels within all types of sites/platforms to grow the brands online. Other responsibilities include seeking out and identifying consumer/influencer behavior (positive interactions) and reviews. As well as reporting on demographics, competitor information and healthcare trends.

The Social Media (Influencer) Relationship Specialist must have determination and persistence and be able to work effectively with influencers and media personnel, obtaining coverage and gaining visibility for HTA and our healthcare system partners.

Influencer Relationship Specialist Will:

  • Develop content Influencer marketing strategy
  • Design and maintain communications portal/program for influencers
  • Integrate and support an effective, robust overall marketing strategy
  • Manage and support influencer marketing strategy
  • Have solid grammatical and writing expertise with ability to produce work free of errors
  • Support “pop up” or other consumer events – provide ideas, plans and execution regarding Influencers
  • Identify and locate consumer “brand advocates” and create relationship, obtain content
  • Assist marketing/events team in creation of blog strategy
  • Improve Influencer communications strategy through email, text, other
  • Provide input on broader marketing projects and initiatives
  • Research, find, or create Influencers that we may want to work with in the future.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years’ experience social media marketing and/or communications
  • Degree in marketing, communications or public relations
  • Proven ability to gain coverage and success boosting brand visibility
  • Proven ability to develop and execute influencer marketing strategy
  • Determined and motivated; ability to go above and beyond
  • Very strong communication skills and high-level grammatical and editing skills
  • Ability to track success of efforts
  • Marketing strategy, writing and earned coverage samples may be requested
