Position Summary:

In the role of HR Coordinator working in Scottsdale/PHX or Charleston you will be part of the Human Resources team. You will be responsible for the customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions in the Human Resources department on a day-to-day basis, to ensure the achievement of the company’s vision and business plan in terms of value, quality, service and people.

This position reports to the Human Resource Director.

The Responsibilities:

  • Assists with the administration of recruitment function
  • Maintains Human Resources Information System(ADP Recruiting module)records, compiles reports from database, and performs regular audits on records
  • Assists with administering training programs and updating records
  • Assists with the administration of the Employee Service Awards
  • Ensures integrity and completeness of critical documents and records within the Human Resources repositories including I-9s, HRIS, shared drives, the intranet and hard copy filing, ensuring files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for the on-boarding and induction process of new employees
  • Assists with various research projects and special projects.
  • Undertakes a variety of Human Resources administrative tasks with minimal supervision including being involved in any projects undertaken by the Human Resources team and providing general reports, as requested on Human Resources metrics.
  • Maintain confidentiality of records, reports and other related correspondence

The Other Qualifications –

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing or HR
  • You have 1+ years of HR Coordinator experience
  • Must live in Scottsdale/PHX or Charleston
  • You are Bi-lingual, but not required
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities. You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy
  • You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
