Events Coordinator

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning/executing tenant events, broker open houses and other stewardship initiatives
  • Interact with tenants at events and have the ability to relay issues and concerns to the appropriate individuals
  • Work with on-site 3rd party vendors prior to and day of events
  • Work with other departments to determine follow up plan post events
  • Organize and maintain company collateral at events
  • Perform administrative office duties as required


  • 2 year’s experience in a similar role
  • Events are done during the week and travel is required – approximately 50% of the time
  • Occasional weekend travel could be required
  • Must have excellent communication skills and maintain a professional image at all times.
  • Must be outgoing, friendly, energetic, dependable, self-motivated, organized and detail oriented.
  • Intermediate: Word, Excel. Microsoft Outlook
  • Must be willing to come in early and stay late when needed
  • Able to work in fast paced environment with multiple departments
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
