Customer Service Representative – Tenant Services Coordinator

We’re hiring an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Tenant Connect Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others and making a difference.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Work in our Corporate Office in Scottsdale, AZ
  • Answer tenant and internal phone calls and emails
  • Help Tenants with various questions re: billing, maintenance requests, assistance with the maintenance software.
  • Listen, understand, and take quick action. Like all of us, we want someone to listen and help us solve our area of request.
  • Assist Property Managers and Engineers with the maintenance work order process.
  • When you’re not answering phone calls, you will work with the other Tenant Connect Team members to achieve department goals including weekly metric reporting, tenant Certificate of Insurance compliance, and other special projects.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED, HSED) required. Post high school education is preferred
  • 3-5 years’ work experience in customer service
  • Ability to quickly learn different types of software, work on a PC, and navigate a Windows environment
  • Beginner to Intermediate knowledge and use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience in a Real Estate or Property Management environment is a plus
  • Experience with MRI and Angus software a plus
