THR Fort Worth MOB is a Class A, 77,527 SF on-campus medical office building in Fort Worth, Texas. The four-story building was constructed in 2014 and is connected via a sky bridge to the newly-opened THR Clearfork Hospital and the adjacent, six-story parking garage. The 150,000 square foot Clearfork hospital was opened in September 2016 upon acquisition and rebranding of the Forest Park Medical Center and features 54 beds and 12 operating rooms. The hospital operates as the region’s premier joint replacement and rehabilitation facility offering outpatient and inpatient surgery, a preventative “Joint Camp,” and inpatient rehabilitation prior to discharge. The hospital has a rooftop courtyard and on-site coffee bar amongst other amenities. The campus is adjacent to the master-planned community of Clearfork, a 270-acre mixed-use development under construction and designed to benefit from the locale’s existing base of older and affluent residents.
