Property Management

HTA operates 94% of its portfolio through its national property management and leasing platform. Headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona and directed from our full-service regional offices, HTA has developed a national brand with dedicated relationships at the local level. HTA’s property management team consists of 48 property managers across 22 offices. It includes:

  • Control of operating expenses through detailed evaluations, ongoing maintenance, energy management and national contracts
  • Operating expense benchmarking against HTA’s national portfolio

  • Quarterly detailed property inspections including separate janitorial and elevator inspections

Leasing Services

HTA’s leasing team consists of leasing professionals responsible for the on-going oversight of all in-house and third-party leasing. HTA’s leasing teams are responsible for ensuring deals are completed at HTA’s standard of excellence and ensuring performance targets are being met. Leasing comprises:

  • Focus on building critical relationships directly with physicians and health systems
  • Analysis of the surrounding medical facilities and general office market

Engineering Capabilities

HTA’s facilities technician team consists of skilled individuals focused on performing preventative building maintenance, standard work orders and specialty services. HTA’s Emergency On-Call System has been designed to provide immediate professional coverage of the property after hours. The engineer team can:

  • Identify and coordinate all capital improvements and preventative maintenance
