Leasing Services

HTA’s leasing team consists of leasing professionals responsible for the on-going oversight of all in-house and third-party leasing. HTA’s leasing teams are responsible for ensuring deals are completed at HTA’s standard of excellence and ensuring performance targets are being met. 

Leasing Comprises:

Property Management

HTA operates 97 percent of its portfolio through its national property management and leasing platform. Headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona and directed from our full-service regional offices, HTA has developed a national brand with dedicated relationships at the local level. HTA’s property management team consists of  property managers across 23 offices.

Construction Management

HTA’s Construction Management team works with building engineers to ensure that buildings are maintained and operating efficiently.

Beyond maintenance, HTA's Construction Management team also works to renovate spaces to create the ideal atmosphere for our tenants.

Engineering Capabilities

HTA’s facilities technician team consists of skilled individuals focused on performing preventative building maintenance, standard work orders and specialty services. HTA’s Emergency On-Call System has been designed to provide immediate professional coverage of the property after hours.
