ASU REIT Portfolio Class

HTA has partnered with Arizona State University to sponsor a Real Estate Trust Portfolio Course for the 2018-2019 school year. The in-depth course provides undergrad and graduate students the opportunity to gain hands on experience in the public markets, real estate underwriting and managing a REIT portfolio with real money. Guest speakers include top industry professionals and HTA executive team members.
